About S.E.L.F.(SHOP-EAT-LOCAL-FIRST) Plan

The SELF (Shop Eat Local First) initiative is an ongoing, open-ended program. The One Richmond website lists all participating businesses and their promotions.

Membership cards with the QR code on the cards have been distributed to families in the Richmond District, as well as to those who sign up to become a One Richmond member. Cardholders can scan the QR code to learn about specific merchant discounts or promotions, and present their membership card at checkout to receive the appropriate discount.

The Richmond Neighborhood Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the residents of the Richmond District. By providing youth programs, a robust food security program and numerous community activities, The Richmond Neighborhood Center provides critical community services to enrich the community and its residents.

SELF (Shop Eat Local First) is beneficial to families, neighbors and small businesses in The Richmond. Our vision is: To be the heart of the Richmond Neighborhood providing services and programs that enrich life, vitality, and vibrancy for residents.
